What is CNFans?

CNFans was a China-based shopping agent — a daigou service — that bought from Taobao, Weidian, 1688 and other Chinese marketplaces on behalf of overseas shoppers and forwarded the parcels worldwide. It grew into one of the most-used agents in the reps community before winding down its agent service, and this page explains what it did, what changed, and where to buy now.

A shopping agent exists to solve one problem: Chinese marketplaces list almost everything that gets manufactured, but they sit behind a Mandarin-only checkout, domestic-only delivery and payment methods that reject foreign cards. CNFans handled the ordering, the local payment and the domestic shipping, so anyone abroad could buy as if they lived in China.

The harder problem is discovery. Among millions of near-identical listings, finding the seller and batch that actually holds up is the real skill — and that knowledge lived in the community, traded in spreadsheets, Discord servers and Reddit threads. A CNFans spreadsheet collected it in one place: a searchable list of vetted finds, each with a direct link, the seller, the price and QC photos from real buyers.

That community knowledge is exactly why the finds outlived the agent. The links on the spreadsheet are ordinary Taobao, Weidian and 1688 products — they do not belong to CNFans, and they do not stop working because one agent did. The spreadsheet still tracks more than 10,000 vetted products and is refreshed regularly, so the links stay live and the prices stay current.

What changed is the checkout. With CNFans’s agent service wound down, you can no longer place orders through it. The replacement is not another single agent to get locked into — it is likerbuy, a product-discovery platform that connects you to several active, vetted agents at once rather than being an agent itself. You paste the same links, compare QC, fees and shipping, and pick the best agent for each haul.

The buying flow itself is unchanged from what CNFans users already know. You find a product on the spreadsheet, copy its link, and paste it into likerbuy. An agent purchases it from the Chinese seller and receives it at a warehouse, usually within a few days. Nothing ships abroad yet — your purchase waits until you decide to send it.

Each item is then quality-checked at the warehouse. The agent photographs the real product — tags, stitching, soles, logos and hardware — and uploads the QC photos to your account. If something is wrong, you request a return or refund while it is still in China, before paying a cent of international freight.

When you are ready, your purchases are consolidated into a single parcel, which costs far less than shipping each item separately. You choose a line that balances speed and price for your country, pay the freight, and track the box home. Most orders arrive within one to three weeks depending on the line.

In short: CNFans is gone, but everything that made it useful — the finds, the QC, the worldwide shipping — continues. Browse the spreadsheet, paste a link into likerbuy, and pick up exactly where you left off.

Is it still safe to buy CNFans finds?

CNFans has wound down its own agent service, but buying the finds it surfaced is as safe as ever — because those finds are ordinary Taobao, Weidian and 1688 listings, not something that lived or died with one company. The reps community gathered them, and that knowledge is still valid.

What matters now is the agent you order through. likerbuy is a product-discovery platform — it surfaces the finds and points you to established, active agents, but it is not an agent itself. The agent you pick is the one that takes payment, photographs your item before it ships (QC) and gives you a return window while it is still in China — the safeguards the CNFans community relied on.

The biggest safety upgrade is not being locked to a single platform. CNFans’s closure stranded shoppers who had everything tied to one agent. likerbuy lets you compare several at once, so if one slows down or stops, your finds and your haul move with you. Stick to sellers the community vouches for and the experience stays smooth.
